Step 1: Have your subject, without the aid of a Regenerating PBS Band, stand next to you with
their feet together and their arms relaxed at their side. Have them cup one hand to hold your
fist, while you hold their arm with your other hand.  

Step 2: With your fist put pressure directly downward in the palm of their hand, while you are
pulling downward with your hand gripped around his/her arm, until the person loses his/her
balance; making sure you don’t knock him/her over.  

Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2, this time while the subject wears or holds onto the program piece
of a Regenerating PBS Band.  

If done correctly both you and your subject will notice a significant increase in the subjects   
strength and balance.
